Easy Printing - Be My Quirky Valentine

Get ready to have a blast!  We're going to draw, carve and print the most hilarious and fun valentines.  Bring your worst puns. Your best snark.  Your quirkiest images.  Print the valentine message you've always wanted to say.  We are here for it.

This class is suitable for any level, but especially for beginners.  Carving and printing techniques will be taught and modeled throughout the class.  All materials will be supplied, just bring your ideas.  The printing area is 3.5' x 5", so please scale your images to size.  

Your valentines will be printed on luscious Italian stationary, only the best for our witty words.  Take away items will include:  1 hand carved block, 1-2 good prints on printing paper, 10-15 printed valentines, and sore ribs from excessive laughter.  You will also be instructed on how to print more valentines on your own so you can spread the joy, and the snark.

No experience necessarily and beginners are welcome. This is a great class for adults and teens. Please send us an email at contact@frederickbookarts.org if someone under 18 will be attending

We set our pricing to pay our instructors a fair wage and cover materials, but one of FBAC’s goals is to give access to the experience of all things bookbinding and printing to anyone who is interested.
