Wednesday Night Open Studio: Bookbinding, Letterpress, and Printmaking (January 21)

Do you have a project in mind or in progress? Our teachers, tools, and equipment are available to help your ideas come to fruition. Join our shared space with other creators, swap stories and ideas, and see your hard work pay off in your finished product.

This open studio time operates exactly like our other Open Studio sessions. It is available for anyone who is already enrolled in our Open Studio program, and you must have completed our Orientation before signing up. You must be certified to use the equipment you reserve. All hand tools and equipment in Printmaking, Letterpress, and Bookbinding are available. Some consumables such as papers are available for purchase. 

Equipment and table space are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis prioritizing reservations made on our calendar. Please be mindful of the fact that we are a shared space and operate best when coordinating with classmates. Cleanup of your used tools and stations are required. Vandercook, C&P, and Challenge Gordon letterpresses require an additional $10 fee for every hour of operation (running of the press).

This is not a class, however staff and teachers will be able to answer your questions and troubleshoot equipment use.
