Bachelorette Crafting Party

Make a personalized guest book as a group and make individual notebooks for each participant!

Highlight your special day and craft with your friends during this bachelorette or bachelor party activity! (Other types of group celebrations are welcome too!)

Each participant will create their own approximately  24 page 8.5x5.5 in double pamphlet stitch journal/notebook.

As a group we will all participate in creating a single hard-bound 5.5x8.5 in book (landscape orientation). The bookstyle will be a stab bound book with decorative stitching elements on the front. We can personalize this book with your chosen colors, and can even potentially use your (thin) ribbon, paper or fabric. Please let us know if you would like to use some of your own materials to ensure they will work for this project. If there is time we will even use the hotfoil stamper to add your name to the cover in metallic print.

The first third of the class will require participants to follow along to create their personal journal. The remainder of the class is a little more flexible and would allow for more socializing for those who are less interested in participating in the actual construction of the main guest book. There is also the potential for mini stab bound books to be created if people are excited to follow along. Because we want to maintain a social gathering atmosphere in this class, hotfoil stamping during the class is not guaranteed.
